Order Status & Returns

Use the order status and returns page to track purchases, review return eligibility, and begin a return request when available.

Returns

Unworn and unwashed items are generally eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Final sale items, certain collaborations, and special event products may not be eligible unless a warranty issue applies.

Refund Timing

After returned items are received and inspected, refunds may take up to 10-14 business days to process. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Return Labels

For eligible online returns, a printable prepaid return label may be provided. Original shipping charges are generally not refunded.
